As we head into 2023, we can’t help but look back on this past year. 2022 was a great year for all of us here at Pioneer-360. We started off the year newly certified with our SOC2 Type II Compliance, we developed numerous remote program offerings, we ranked highly on two prestigious lists; Channel Future’s and CRN’s top 500 MSP’s in the world, and we were even named MSP of the Year by Channel Futures. We could not be more proud of the things we have accomplished over the past 33 years in business.
SOC2 Type II
We came into 2022 freshly SOC2 Type II Certified after two years of blood, sweat, and tears being poured into the process. A SOC 2 Type 2 Certification guarantees a third-party auditor has verified that Pioneer-360 follows best security practices in not only infrastructure but processes as well. We wanted to have the certification to prove our cyber maturity after 34+ years of security and compliance experience.
Throughout the year, we added an additional program to our offerings; our PVR Program, that allows us to offer our services remotely to a larger geographical area. We were so excited to add additional programs for our clients that focus on the security and compliance regulations of your organization. Expanding is always an exciting process for any company, and we felt no different about implementing our new programs.
MSP of the Year
Additional excitement came in August when we realized that our company was up for the MSP of the Year award. Earlier in the year, we had been ranked by two separate organizations, Channel Futures and CRN, as one of the top 501 MSP’s in the world. We were honored to have been ranked in the top 100, but when we received the news that we won the MSP of the Year award, we could not have been more thrilled. This award is given to the company that demonstrates excellence in business efficiency, agility in the face of an evolving market, and business model innovation. Pioneer-360 has always strived for innovation and to provide excellent service to our clients. To be recognized for doing so was a huge achievement that we are still celebrating.
All in all, 2022 was a great year for all of us here at Pioneer-360. With our amazing team of employees, our SOC2 Type II Certification under our belts, and the title “MSP of the Year,” we know 2023 will be even better.
