John Warehime, On The Move!
On the move… I would like to officially announce the appointment of John Warehime to Director of Sales for Pioneer 360. John has worked at Pioneer 360 for 3 years as an Account Manager. John meets with clients to review their current technology, access their needs, and see if their technology is meeting those needs. He then makes recommendations about hardware, software, and services to help the customer meet their immediate and future needs. John often takes on the additional role of a Project Manager: he plans the installation of the products, assigns the team, coordinates meetings, and assures overall completion of the project. Lately John has grown more into the role of a Key Account Manager. John started his IT career at Staples as an Easy Tech Associate where he: spearheaded the implementation of the Easy Tech program for the New Philadelphia location, trained fellow Associates with current PC repair methods and guidelines, and created the best customer experience by using general IT standards for customer service. He then moved to Time Warner Cable and became a Customer Sales and Service Representative. As a representative, John was responsible for; providing the best possible customer service and support, leading his team consistently with the top sales and performance metrics, creating the best possible customer support with Time Warner Cable, and aiding in the implementation of remote access to a customer’s cable equipment using the company’s Ideas In Action program. He then moved to The Huntington Investment Company as a Licensed Annuity Representative. There, in conjunction with the Banking Specialist position, he earned the position of Annuity Representative. He performed tasks consisting of tracking sales activities, providing sales forecasts, creating and analyzing metrics that drive results, and so much more. He then moved to Western & Southern Financial Group, as a Financial Representative. As a Financial Representative, John provided sound financial, insurance, and wealth-management services to protect client assets and grow the net worth of their portfolios. He also assessed risk tolerance and investment/risk-management goals to recommend solutions optimally suited to client needs. Then in September of 2013 John came to work for Pioneer 360. In his time here, John has contributed significantly to our approach, reputation and our improving customer centric approach. As an Account Manager, John is often the first person to make a connection with our clients, and he has become the first impression people have of us. In his new role as Director of Sales John focus on these initial initiatives:
- Internal organization of Pioneer 360 accounts with an increased emphasis on QoE
- The merger of TeleData and Pioneer sales staff into one cohesive department with a focus on cross training, skillset diversification and improved sales team onboarding procedures.
- Develop, implement and maintain sales strategies, goals and tools that better position the team for success!
