Pioneer 360 is currently looking to add a new member to our Team! We are looking to hire a part time Bookkeeping Assistant. The ideal candidate would be hard-working, outgoing, enthusiastic, and great at multi-tasking. In this position,you’ll be the first person people see when they walk in, and the first person people talk to when they call in.
The following criteria is essential for the position:
– Must be able to work 20+ hours a week (flexible on days and times)
– Must be detail oriented
– Must have some computer skills (Word, Excel, etc.)
The following item(s) are huge perks, but not necessary if you are a quick and dedicated learner:
– Proficient in Quick Books
– Answering phones and transferring calls
– Inputting service tickets
– Inputting invoices into Quick Books and sending them to clients
– Placing orders and checking orders in
– Filing and other basic office responsibilities
– Assisting our current Bookkeeper with her daily tasks
